Trump Spares Amusement Park, For Now

Steel Pier Gets a Brief Reprieve
Steel Pier, located in Atlantic City opposite The Boardwalk from Trump Taj Mahal, has been given a Trump had planned to demolish the park during this off-season so that he could begin work on some new condos. Now it seems that Steel Pier will get at least one more summer to operate.

According to Wikipedia, the Steel Pier has some historical significance.
"It was once called the "Showplace of the Nation" and included such acts as the High Diving Horse, Rex the Wonder Dog, a water-skiing canine in the 1930's and even Frank Sinatra and Al Jolson."

Steel Pier will likely be 'fired' this fall so visit while you can.
